Guardian Aura Limits and Changes

Guardian AuraThe guardian aura limits we felt needed to be updated. In a battle game, there should be more attacks and battles possible, rather than excessive restrictions — especially if the player attacks back. You might be familiar with the following message after 4 successive hits to the same player:
Failed: A guardian aura from the ancestor shields this player from further harm.
We have made some new changes to help everyone in the Phoenix Empire enjoy some friendly battle competitions, while maintaining some level of limitations, but not forgetting that this is a war game. We want to remove the restrictions on the guardian auras without causing too much chaos in the repeated-attacks area against a single player.

The changes to the battle system offer benefits to both attackers and defenders:

  • Remove the Aura: The guardian aura will now disappear if the player attacks back. Even if you are at the previous attack limit, you also can also attack back.
  • Attack Limits: Guardian aura now limits attacks to 12 attacks per 24 hours against only one player
  • Per-Hour Attacks: Guardian aura still limits attacks to max of 4 per hour against a single player. Again, you can remove this limit if the player attacks back

There are some tricks you can also try to minimize being attacked, such as:

  • Eating ghoulish delights
  • Vault your gold
  • Bounty the attacker
  • Call on your army for aid
